1. Job requirements:

1. Chinese or Italian mother tongue.
2. Good proficiency in Chinese and Italian language, able to communicate in English is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree or higher in architectural design, engineering design or related field.
4. At least 2 years’ experienced in the construction industry and project management.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills.
6. Able to operate and control all related functions of the project.
7. Able to report independently on progress of the project. Solve design and engineering problems, implement construction works, develop a detailed project plan and select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities independently.
8. Able to communicate with partner effectively. Make reasonable opinions on the design, participate in brainstorming for the project planning and design, and able to do a normal difficulty of design development.
9. Have a certain understanding in design, materials and construction methods, be able to provide advices to architect and collaborate with architect to determine the materials.
10. Able to communicate with local staffs independently and effectively. Be able to report accurately about design and construction issues.
