Azienda italiana leader nella produzione e nella commercializzazione di suole in gomma ad alte prestazioni, destinate ai mercati dell’outdoor, il lavoro, il tempo libero, la moda, la riparazione e l’ortopedia, sta ricercando candidati per la seguente posizione:

Quality manager – Asia

Main Responsibilities：

1. Set up QC specifications of raw materials and finished product at third party blending facilities, and perform on site assessments and set up QA policy and guidelines for third party blending facilities.

2. Quality complaint focal point, organize customer complaint analysis and corrective action plan. Maintain quality incident reporting system and drive the root cause investigation.

3. Act as the regional process representative for global quality management system and work with all quality stakeholders to optimize China operations process and ensure the continuous improvement in the China quality performance.

4. New product safe launch focal point, organize production quality control process establishment (including control plan, P-FEMA etc) in the new product launch

5. Work closely with the sourcing team to drive the supplier performance in the quality of product and service. Develop the supplier scorecard in the quality performance. Focal point of quality process qualification in the new supplier introduction

6. Develop the China quality team competence through coaching, training and mentoring.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree from accredited university and college（prefer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other technical field required）

2. 20+ years working experience

3. Hands-on knowledge in the use of quality tools and methods; Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S preferred

4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills, Demonstrated ability to document, plan, and influence and manage programs across cross functional teams

5. Demonstrated leadership and strong team player

6. Customer focus with urgency, responsiveness and initiative to action.
