Purpose of role

Responsible for Office Admin & Purchasing Italy – Reporting to HR & Admin Manager

Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role

• Purchasing (Managing company’s suppliers)
• Office Administration
• Company internal events organization
• Manage and updating company internal system
• Support to top management calendar and business trips
• Managing company car fleet

Experience & Educational background & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; previous experience in multinational structured company with a Chinese Headquarter will be consider a plus.
Italian mother tongue, English B1/B2, knowledge of Chinese spoken or written will be consider a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Office package.
Driving License and willingness to travel will be consider a plus.

Location

Hybrid: presence in the Milan office is required according to existing Smart working agreements e.g. 3 days presence + 2 Smart working remotely

Salary range: based on job seniority. There are strictly no limitations
