Finance Assistant – 财务主管助理

We  are an Italian  shipyard which produce boats and yachts since 1958. The aim of our company, best known for our innovation, is to design and produce exclusive boats that achieve the optimal balance between design and technology, between style and quality. With over 20,000 boats produced, our company has enlarged the management team and production plant as well in South America and Asian in the last 10 years. In order to fit the new challenging environment, we never stop to seeking new talents all around the world.

For our Italian plant, we are currently looking for a corporate finance specialist who will strictly support Financial Controller on the following activities:

– Participate on preparing of annul budget & forecast: coordinate information flows from sales department & purchasing department and other departments , collecting all the necessary data to develop BEP analysis and Annul Global Budget.

– Prepare and publish timely monthly financial : prepare weekly/monthly payments plan, control cost centre based on the production process.

– Analyze Finance statements: reclassify monthly/seasonal financial statements, analyze budget variance for budget – actual and identify favorable/unfavorable trends.

– P&L analysis : monitor costs, determinate gross margin and participate on seasonal pricing strategy activities.

– Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate:

– Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in corporate finance, accounting, or a related field;

– Excellent Italian and Chinese speaking is essential.

– Previous internship experience in accounting/ finance department will be a plus;

– Outstanding mathematical skills; high attention to detail; solid written and verbal communication skills;

– Strong business sense to provide and interpret the financial information that the company’s output is yielding.
