Il cliente cerca 3 Chinese Junior Process Engineers propensi a lavorare negli stabilimenti siti in diverse parti del mondo e di supportare i progetti internazionali principalmente in Cina.
Il cliente preferisce ingegneri cinesi che attualmente lavorano in Europa.
I cv selezionati, dovranno giungere nelle versioni italiano ed inglese alla scrivente.
I colloqui saranno effettuati da un nostro referente Synergie a Madrid.
La ricerca è finalizzata ad un servizio di tipo Permanent (ricerca e selezione).
JOB DESCRIPTION JUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for setting technical and operative process constrains to be applied in the installations (basic processes).
Responsible for establishing technical constrains of the maintenance systems to be applied in the installations (basic processes).
Proper process installation/equipment maintenance level technical responsible.
Technical responsible for planning, development and evaluation of preventive maintenance plan to ensure process installation/equipment availability, safety, environmental protection, quality and productivity.
Responsible for preparing, developing, setting and implementing the procedures within operative processes to be applied in the installations.
Technical responsible for preparation, development, implementation and periodic evaluation of process operating procedures and practices.
Technical responsible of the process operator training plan preparation, development and evaluation.
Proper process technical documentation preparation, updating and custody responsible.
Ensure proper technical coordination at Business Unit, Subsidiary and Site level.
Propose and implement process improvements according procedures and plans.
Ensure compliance with Technology Corporate Policies, standards and procedures related with the process under his/her responsibility.
Ensure optimum quality level (raw materials, process control and final product) through quality control planning according Corporate Quality Policies.
Process continuous improvement (safety, quality, productivity and environmental behavior).
The Junior Process Engineer will have to manage all the necessaries actions to perform those functions, including among others the following
JOB REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of two years of experience as process engineer in chemical or industrial processes.
English and Chinese at High level oral and writing levels.
Structured and organized profile oriented to continuous improvement.
Rigorous and systematic approach to engineering matters.
Geographic mobility is required.
Team working and planning abilities.
Autonomy and self driving.
