From 29/1 - 3/2, is Chinese festivial.For any Chinese people will have two weeks holidays.For me, 6/2 I will start to go to school.
年初一，i visited my grandmother home to get lai-see(利是)－－red packets :-D
In that day , when  meeting any people we bless them like:
Kunng Hei Fat Choi(meaning congratulations and be prosperous) 恭喜發財
^ only say to businessman :-D  :!:

Also, during this festivial , I like to eat 年糕!!Taste Good. (I can show the photo to u see when u add me)

一听到年糕我就留口水了 :tonqe:  我最喜欢吃年糕了  :-D

Appena sento parlare di nian gao (pronuncia: nien cao, dolce a base di farina di riso e zucchero di canna o anche bianco) mi viene l'acquolina in bocca  :tonqe:  Mi piace molto mangiare nian gao  :-D

Right ! I' m Hong Kong people.I only can write 繁體字.Well, sometimes i wirte few words of 簡體字　when  I take note or in the test / exam.

hi tammy, is wrong your "ping ying"? but my chinese and english are very terrible, too.

ciao tammy, sbaglio o il tuo "ping ying" non è corretto? c'entra col fatto che è di hong kong? (in realtà non ho scritto tutto questo né in cinese, né in inglese, semplicemente perchè non so scriverlo  :cry: )

不是。。。她写的是粤语拼音，和汉语不一样的。
no. she used cantonese pinyin, it's different from mandarin's.
no lei ha usato pinyin cantonese, sono diversi da quelli cinesi(mandarino)
